Take a look at this November 1984 article from the Winston-Salem State University News Argus. The article is about a now demolished dorm (Colson Hall) possibly being haunted by an unhappy spirit.
Interestingly enough, the Ghostbusters movie was released in June of the same year. Coincidence? Maybe, as far as the authors chosen story piece. It’s a nice slice of life from the past and fits the Halloween season.
